Everything perfect, everything smooth and easy. Kind, welcoming customer service, no attitude, useful/local pieces of advice. Charming view, big room, big comfortable double bed, nice clean-line bathroom, very good location for all points of interest, plus easy access to the ferry going directly to Marco Polo Airport. I would recommend it to anyone, even to the ones like me that are accustomed to the more modern type of hotels
