I also felt very safe as there are security cameras monitoring the house and the owner knows who comes in and out. I really recommend the place for a lovely stay i Umm Qeis!

29 km from Al Yarmok University, ( b&b ) Gadara rent room is a recently renovated property set in Umm Qays and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Ibrahim was a fantastic host. He was welcoming, informative and kind. He cooked us a fantastic local breakfast, and gave us some great information about the archeological site and history of the area. His B&B is in a fantastic location - only a two minute drive or 10 minute walk to the archeological site. I would highly recommend staying with him in Um Qais!

The house is fully equipped and beautifully adorned. I only stayed one night and wished I could have spent a week. Bed was comfy, plenty of hot water, and the wifi is strong.

The interior of the house as well as the garden are really beautiful. The view from our window was also nice. The breakfast was the best we got in Jordan so far. Verry well located in a calm street with easy park possibilities. You are 2 minutes away by car = 12 minutes by foot from the archeological site. Verry welcomming hosts and sharing a meal with them was one of the best experience we had in Jordan!

We stayed for one night and were so happy with our stay. The main thing that made it so nice were the hosts, they were so kind and attentive. It feels a bit like a home stay with a family which we really liked, and their garden is beautiful as well as the breakfast they made us.

Individual air-heat units kept the house comfortable (it was hot in Oct when we were there). Washing machine in kitchen. The house was being updated and did not effect our stay, but will possibly make it even nicer for future stays.
