Location is my favourite in town - it's very close to some main landmarks, gardens, shopping, restaurants, next door to family mart and 5min walk to the metro/train station. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a quiet residential section of Kyoto, yet access to Nijo Castle, the Imperial Palace and downtown Kyoto was very easy and within a 15 minute walk. Access to the train stations and Uber/Taxi's were equally easy. Amazing local restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel - highly recommend Daigan around the corner for an amazing sushi with an engaging/entertaining/welcoming chef.
