Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

I booked this room as a "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of Central Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Located just 8 minutes from Sakurajosui Station, it's in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of character. The host, Yumi, is an amazing person. One of the warmest people I've met on my travels. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, a record player in the shared space. It was a great experience and the value for your buck is absolutely insane. I will say that if you do book here, try to do more than a few days. I felt like I was becoming a part of the neighborhood right when I had to leave after 3 days of being there. Highly recommended, everything was amazing, even down to the cool set of keys each guest receives for the house. Will definitely re-book in the future.

We like the size of the room. It is very spacious. And it is comfortable for 2 people to move around the room without knocking into each other. There’s adequate space for our luggages and bags. Plenty of hangers to hang up our clothes and coats. There is a washer cum dryer for our laundry. All instructions for operating the electrical appliances and washer are easy to understand. Bowls, cups and utensils are more than adequate for us to use. Kettle, toaster and microwave serve us well. The twin Queen size beds, pillows and comforter/blanket are very very comfortable for a good night rest. The room is spotlessly clean. Oh yes, there’s a freezer compartment below the fridge. Could be useful for some guests. Not to forget, there’s a safe box with lock too. And much more… Thank you for making our stay so memorable. (We stayed 5 nights). Ps. Sorry, we lost some photos.
