Located along the Nam Khan river in Luang Prabang, Ban Vivanh chambres d'hotes is located a short walk fro the city centre. The wonderful hospitality of Vivanh, the hostess, and everyone (and the cats) here made my stay so pleasant! A couple of very nice restaurants around. The place itself is charming: in colonial style and by the river, the room is cool, airy and have terrace looking over the backyard. the night is so quiet that you hear insects chirping. The location is a bit off from center, but it's an easy distance and very nice by bike/scooter or ferry.

Organized room, fresh linens, perfect blind door/windows, hot shower and great coffee tea every morning. Andy and other staff are very friendly and let me know the tips to enjoy the locals. That's why the atmosphere is awesome among guests. For me, eye mask or ear plugs are NOT needed even though the morning market(around 5am-11am) is in front of the property! And also air conditioner(made in Japan) is no needed too in the end of Nov. You're lucky. You should definitely stay if there's availability.

Situated right next to Wat Mai Temple and just a 2-minute walk from the famous Night Market on Sisavangvong Road, Golden Lotus Place offers accommodation with free WiFi in all areas. Great location, you can easy go to the morning and night market. The room is great too, also the staffs are very friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone comes to Luang Prabang. Best staying in Laos!

A 3-minute walk to Night Market and Xieng Thong Temple, Villa Ban Lakkham offers modern air-conditioned rooms with river views from a private balcony. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free rental bicycles. We had the most amazing stay at Ban Lakkham. The lodge is perfectly located, it’s super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were beyond amazing. Couldn’t recommend it enough (and Luang Prabang). Thank you so much Tom and team. We will be back :)
