Our host Nick went out of his way to look after us. We were heading for Laos and he gave us a ride to the border crossing (we gave him a small fee) and let us leave our car at his house until we returned. Also gave us a free breakfast which we weren't expecting. This room is a building within his own property so it is very quiet, secure and private.

Wala pang 1.1 kilometro ang layo mula sa Wat Sisaket at 1.1 kilometro mula sa Hor Phra Keo, ang SYRI Boutique Guesthouse Restaurant & Cafe ay nag-aalok ng mga kuwartong may air conditioning at private... Nice and clean stay. Cheap and fantastic breakfast. A bit slow internet. Cats are part of this guesthouse. :)

Set within 1.6 km of Laos National Museum and 2.5 km of Wat Sisaket, ARTIST GOLDEN LOFT Paris - Vientiane Homestay offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vientiane. It was perfect for what I was looking for, quiet, comfortable, secure, close to the riverside and town centre (10 minute walk) and close to a gym. There is a coffee shop downstairs which has lovely food, coffee and other drinks. There is a seperate kitchen to cook some simple meals for yourself and a seperate lounge area which is very nice to sit around in. The apartment is very spacious. The owner let me check in early and was very helpful for any additional requests that I had. I ended up staying an extra week, I liked it that much.
