This is a very private, hidden-away location in walking distance to the National Park. In fact, you can't get closer by staying anywhere else--and this means you save time by getting to sleep in during the morning. The host and owner, Leel, doesn't speak much English, but uses Google Translate to always help. The rooms have the best A/C, and with only a few bedrooms on the property, it's very private and great for bird-watching. Simple, efficient, and relaxing.

The homestay provided all the necessities for a pleasant night. Nicest host we’ve ever stayed with. Perfect place to stay overnight when visiting willpattu national park.

Priya and his team couldn’t do enough for us and was so attentive with utmost understanding and kindness to our 22month old daughter. The food was fine dining at its best and kept making the chicken soup my daughter couldn’t get enough of. Priya’s knowledge of the wildlife in the park was great and again focusing on wildlife our daughter could see.

Leopard Trails Wilpattu är en campingplats med tält och eget badrum. Här bor du nära djurlivet och naturen. The staff and service was what stands out the most, they do their best to ensure you are always safe and clean. It's on the expensive side but what you are paying for is the extensive knowledge of the guide on the safari which is missing in other places. We have both learnt a lot about different animals and behaviours on this safari and it's an experience that will stay with us forever

Big Game - Wilpattu by Eco Team ligger på gränsen till nationalparken Wilpattu och erbjuder rymliga tält med eget badrum. Amazing breakfast.. and tent was lovely.. staff were friendly and helpful.

Mango villa wilpattu ligger i Nekattegama och erbjuder boende med utsikt över trädgården samt en trädgård, en terrass och en bar. Really good location close to the national Park. We were originally supposed to stay in Green Sapphire but they let us down a few hours before we were due to arrive (seems they’ve done it a lot looking at the Google reviews), but the Mango Villa team had everything sorted even though we booked just a few hours earlier that day they were still able to organise 2 full day safaris for the following 2 days where we saw all sorts of great wildlife. Staff are all really friendly, especially the man who brings the food across in the evenings (unfortunately I don’t know his name). The food is good especially considering the remote location and nice packed lunches for the safari each day. Definitely the place to stay if you’re planning a Wilpattu safari!

It’s a nice home stay for the first two nights after I land in SriLanka.The host and his families are super friendly,they couldn’t speak English so it always nice to use translator to communicate. Nice locations to go to Wilpattu National Park,highly recommended
