Jay, notre hôte nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Il nous a parlé de son île avec passion. Il nous a également partagé de bonnes adresses et a toujours été aux petits soins pour nous. Je vous recommande de prendre la formule avec le petit déjeuner, un régal !! De plus, nous avions un invité de marque tous les matins, Maurice, un joli petit oiseau à qui L’appartement est spacieux, d’une propreté irréprochable et très confortable (nous avons très bien dormi). Il possède une grande terrasse aménagée. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement. Si vous cherchez un lieu au calme pour aller vous promener, foncez au Shanti Nivas.

She picked me up from my boat tour, she gave me the best recommendation for a local massage and dinner. The place was beautiful and spotless. I felt so comfortable. It was the perfect location to relax next to the lake before our departure from the island. Very peaceful location with nice view and nature. When we booked, we were a bit concerned of mosquitoes due to its proximity to the lake, but we had no problem at all the 3 days we stayed there. The room was very spacious and clean, the personnel very friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast was hearty, with many local products. Totally recommended!

We highly highly recommend the lodge. It makes an immediate impression as you come in - everything is very thought through and you notice tiny details everywhere: the decoration, the good vibes, pleasant music, the staff as well as the other tourists are friendly and down to earth. Julien personally welcomed us and gave us a tour of the premises. Food is exceptional (very fresh, plenty of vegetables and fruit which we really appreciated, some local Mauritian dishes) and so is the staff! A range of activities is available from hikes to free boat shuttles to the nearby island. The booklet provided was very informative (with recommendations for restaurants, attractions, etc.) - we wished we had that info at the beginning of our Mauritius trip. Unfortunately my partner had a medical emergency on our last day. The staff and Julien, the hotel owner, organised everything necessary and rushed him to the hospital in his vehicle. Having a health issue in a foreign country was stressful, but they supported us so much and made everything work. We're now back home in good health. We hope to be able to come back some time soon!

Le Blue Ocean Suites and apartments est un ensemble de 6 suites et appartements situés sur la plage de Trou d'Eau Douce. Excellent stay in the East of Mauritius, Sabrina took great care of me and the owner is friendly and helpful. It is located right on the beach and is close to many restaurants. Really good modern facilities. Good attention to detail on amenities. Will definitely opt to stay here if in the East, its definitely the best location in that area.

The staff was very friendly, and the house was really clean. The staff took care of us carefully so that we would not be uncomfortable, and although it was a short stay, he did his best. The house is located in a new neighborhood just a few minutes drive from the beach. Nice and quiet area which felt very safe. The house is big and airy, decorated with nice new furniture (very comfortable sofa) and everything you need if you feel like cooking. AC in the bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. Secure parking. The lovely Mehzabine met us when we arrived to give us the keys and to show us around and we also met Vikram the owner. The pool is not very big but everything you need to dip and stay cool.
