Also very honest which is rare to find these days. The location is in a quiet and relaxing area of the beach but still only a ten minute walk down the beach to the busier area. There is surf right in front of the hotel if you want to surf, they also have a pool table and a lovely top deck to look out at the waves. Kitchen area to cook if you want with everything you could need.

About 15 min walking from the cathedral. They help you to get around in private or shared transport and arrange tours for example volcano boarding. Highly recommend.

The house is huge, the neighborhood is very nice, kids out and playing until late, and it is a 20 minute walk to the main square of Leon. (There's also a c$6 bus that stops outside the front door, and taxis are about c$50). You get a look into parts of the town that are not the center. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and the Wi-Fi clocked in at 50Mbps so easily fast enough for Zoom calls and the like. If you have an oversized vehicle, there is a secured lot around the corner (in front of the basketball court) that charges c$30/day. The on-site garage will handle regular vehicles.

Such a Great Place with nice staff, everything is really comfy and beautiful. Food is delicious and some variety during the stay. The hostel is small so you can really connect with the people.

Made to feel right at home. Very chilled couple who when you first get there tell you to treat it like your home. And they make you feel it too. Great location away from the main town but only a five minute walk along the beach into town. Great facilities and very clean. Worth the visit and can't wait to go back.

I liked everything about this lovely hostel, from the breakfast choicest to the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. My room was spacious with a large private bathroom with large shower (NOT suicide shower lol) and every effort was made to make the room accommodating for a long stay. They also treated my dogs like their own, which was important to me. There is a nicely decorated outdoor patio where I spent a lot of time, enjoying the cooler air. On weekends, a small kiddie pool was brought in which was great.

Restaurant and pool area were so cosy! Roomed amazing directly toward the pool area. Staff very kind! Would definitely choose this again!!!
