I was traveling alone, the warm welcome by the owner made me feel immediately at home. The atmosphere is very homely and cozy, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The sauna after dinner was very relaxing and of course the surroundings are truly beautiful.

This in one of the most complete places we have stayed at! The owner has thought of every little detail. The room was wonderful, bathroom large and spotless, and the kitchen was amazingly well stocked.

This is an exceptional apartment, and my only regret is that we could not stay for longer than 1 night. The amenities are above and beyond what I expect for "Excellent" accommodations. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is safe and lovely. The bed and bedding is very comfortable, the rooms have reliable and easy to use temperature controls, and the water pressure in the shower and all faucets is very good! I travel all across the US as a healthcare worker, and am very accustomed to renting fully furnished apartments for 3+ months at a time, and I can say with certainty that this apartment is far superior to pretty much every other rental I've stayed in, and that's saying quite a lot. Berit is delightful. Her English is excellent, and her tips regarding the area and our travel plans to Stavanger were very helpful and accurate. We stayed for 1 night in late October, in the Superior Apartment labeled 20A. Furnishings were modern, classy, simple, and all appliances and fixtures appeared to be brand new. Thank you, Berit, for a lovely stay!

If you want to get away from all-the-same hotel experiences and get a classic style home feeling this is the place to stay. I instantly felt welcomed in everything, from exceptionally friendly host to a cozy interior and thought out little details. The surroundings are also superb, we even stayed for longer then initially planned to enjoy the views and to hike in the woods.

Top Floor Apartment Årossanden 5 asub Kristiansandis, 200 meetri kaugusel Årossandeni rannast. Majutusasutuses A on saun, mullivann ja sisebassein. Everything was exceptional and fantastic. Everyone was surprised and amazed to see warm welcome note with wine, chocolates and Ice cream. Very neat and tidy place with all the facilities and easy access to swimming pool downstairs. Places such as Dyrepark, Canon museum , Cathedral are Not far as well. We all had a great time there and kids really had a wonderful time . We definitely recommend the property and hopefully in coming summers if there are plans to visit southern Norway, will surely stay here. Thanks Anurag
