Delorenzo Studio Apartments offers a heated outdoor pool, on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Studios come with a kitchenette, laundry facilities and a private bathroom. The unit was clean and comfortable. After several days of hiking, we needed the washer and dryer and it was great to have the right in the unit. Also loved the Nespresso coffee maker and little balcony.

We liked the option of being able to take our dog, we decided not to this time though. Was thoughtful to have some drinks, chocolates, milk and biscuits ready for our arrival as well as some fresh eggs in the fridge. Having the use of the free washing machine and drier was fab.

Easy walk to beach, parks, cycle ways ,bike track, cafes. Lovely fresh, clean and well appointed studio unit. Very sunny. Quiet. Kitchen area just perfect. Lovely spacious bathroom.

Great location (close to downtown). Amazing breakfast offered. Very nicely furnished room with a great bed and patio just outside. Hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. Bathroom was spotless with a great shower. Made to feel at home. Very quiet location.

Mark and Jon were the most hospitable hosts and made us feel right at home! The garden apartment was clean and comfortable, with all instructions and information provided. It is also very conveniently located within walking distance to the town area where shops and restaurants are located. Parking is free and breakfast was provided (it was lovely!). We loved staying here and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting nelson.

Esta villa histórica reformada, construida en 1908, se encuentra en una zona tranquila y de lujo de la ciudad. The room with the balcony was sooo pretty- same goes for the bathroom and the entire villa. The very nice owner topped it off with the best breakfast we have had in NZ. Freshly prepared with homemade produce. Highly recommendable!
