If you are travelling in Panama you would do well to arrange your trip around staying at Magic Mountain Lodge. My wife and I as well as our two large dogs will certainly return. OH, and the breakfast is worth the stay alone. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend staying here.

The nearest airport is Enrique Malek International Airport, 39 km from the property. spacious room, and good bathroom with hot water and pressure, Windows in the bathroom with a view xD good wifi all around the hostel, complete shared kitchen, and common spaces were great to relax. although it is next to a road with easy access to buses and taxis, is very peacefull. there is a supermarket right next to it.

So very closed off from any noise or neighbors, at a residential area near to the main highway. The decor is quirky and artsy in a fun way. The owners are very warm and hospitable and also helped us by ordering us a decent priced taxi for the next leg of our journey.

Free WiFi access is available. Both Chantal and her husband were very welcoming, friendly, and extremely professional in both the management of the quaint cabins and the restaurant on site. In a month of travelling and staying in various styles of accommodation in Panama, the cabins ticked all the boxes for us. They were rustic but extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and good-sized bathroom and shower and a lovely terrace with a small fridge, kettle and tea bags (very unusual in Panama!), and most importantly the whole stay was quiet and peaceful. We especially enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool before walking only a few yards to the restaurant for a delicious dinner. I highly recommend a stay here or even just popping in for lunch or dinner. 5 stars!!
