The hotel was perfect we actually stayed a second time during our trip. If you want a comfortable bed, nice shower and good breakfast after doing a hard hike. This hotel is for you. They also kept our bags for free during out 2 day hike, plus made us a small breakfast to take away at 4am.

Located 500 metres from the main square and commercial area, Las Mercedes offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast in Arequipa. Nice old building. Room was perfect, the balcony was nice. It's next to a major road but it's not noisy. Breakfast was yum. Very secure parking. Under 10 minutes walk to the old center. Ursula and the team are fantastic.
