Staff was very attentive. Got to leave our bags for a whole other day while doing a tour and got to use their facilities afterwards to get ready. 5 min walk from the main square.

We were walking back, going by bus (1 sol per person 1 way, bus stop just in front of the building) and by taxi and it all functioned perfectly. In the first floor there is a shop with friendly prices with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, bread or anything else you might need to use in shared kitchen. The apartment is isolated from the noice. Everything is clean and new, the breakfast is solid with fresh smoothie. We booked Salkantay treck and some other day trips with them and everything was as we agreed. The owners go extra mile to make you feel welcome and if in Cusco book this accommodation, you will not regret.

It was an easy walk back and forth to the main plaza of Cusco, we took a new route on our way back to discover a new street. The room was nice and comfortable, the beds super comfy and the people at the front desk were extremely nice and very helpful with our questions and requests.
