The place is in a wonderful location, really close to two beautiful beaches. The room is gorgeous and we really loved! We also rented the car with them with pick up and drop off, which was super convenient. Highly recommended!!

A TOMO MAI Homestay, a property with a garden, is set in Faaa, 3.9 km from Paofai Gardens, 11 km from Museum of Tahiti, as well as 16 km from Point Venus. I booked this for a friend of my daughter travelling as a single girl. Ingrid was very helpful, providing a taxi service late in the evening and early next morning from and to the Faa'a International Airport, sending me details of the pick-up car and that all had gone to plan. Excellent communication from the host and my daughter's friend said a good welcome and great acccommodation, albeit a short night due to flight timings.

Everything provided in the modern kitchen. Proximity to banks, supermarket, and roulottes (food trucks). Only an easy half hour walk into town. Attention and help from Fred, our host. Fred would book our taxis, tours, and recommend places to eat, etc, and laid out continental breakfasts for us to our surprise. Tara Tahiti Lodge is a must for anyone visiting Papeete.
