We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Mar. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view of the sea and Faial island on one side, and of Mount Pico on the other. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location - walkable distance from Madalena center and from several natural pools, and a 10-minute drive from the airport. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would absolutely recommend!

Pico Studios asub Madalenas. Apartemendis on tasuta eraparkla, ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Apartemendis on peretoad. Väga stiilne värskelt renoveeritud apartement. Kõik vajalik oli olemas, isegi hommikumantlid, kohv ja tee. Asukoht südalinnas sadama lähedal.

Baariga O Zimbreiro asub Piedades. See hommikusöögiga majutusasutus pakub tasuta privaatset parkimist ja pakihoidu. Peretubades on piknikuala. Hommikusöögiga majutusasutuse tubades on riidekapp. go there and you won't regret it! the place is heavenly, surrounded by greenery, with a well-kept swimming pool, as well as all the outdoor spaces. in the morning birds and bunnies stroll in the garden, they are wonderful. the room, equipped with a kitchenette, is beautiful and functional, very clean. The breakfast was delicious and rich, with hand made products. but best thing are Anne-Lise and Jeremy: two people of rare kindness. we also had dinner there one evening and it was clearly the best dinner of the whole holiday, superior to any restaurant tried, a starred restaurant dinner! Thank you so much Anne-Lise and Jeremy for the great experience

Beautiful location overlooking Sao Roque and across the water to Sao Jorge. The apartment had everything we needed and when the sun was shining we loved the large balcony-patio. From this location, you're close to so many things (assuming you have a car). Our host was amazing before, during, and after our stay, responding by text very quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. She was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The kitchen is excellent, and so are the bathroom and beds. Very quiet at night.

Fantastic place, equipped with absolutely everything. Clean and cosy with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom available. Easy to get here even with the local bus and there's parking available as well. Excellent place for starting a hike. I definitely recommend to stay here.

Debora was accessible, friendly, organized and quick to respond. Rooms were a good size and artistically decorated. They were spotless. The restaurant below the property is delicious - we ate there twice. No need to look further. Reviews are correct. Just book it.

Rõduga Vinhas do Calhau asub Madalenas Pico saare piirkonnas. Merevaatega majutusasutusel on terrass. Korterhotellis on tasuta WiFi-ühendus, tasuta eraparkla ja vahendid erivajadustega külalistele. The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

We booked the apartment on the second floor and spent a total of 5 days here. The accommodation is exceptionally beautiful and has several huge windows with sea view from all rooms, even from the bed. The accommodation was very clean and super well equipped, there is really nothing missing here (two bathrooms with towels and beach towels, hairdryer, huge shower, kitchen with usual dishes, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, drying racks, ...). To the front facing the sea, there is a balcony where several people can easily sit and eat. To the rear facing the mountain, there is a large terrace with comfy seating and a barbecue. Another highlight was the jacuzzi, where you could relax wonderfully after the hikes and enjoy a magnificent view. Paulo, the owner, was always available and responded very quickly and friendly to all questions. The self-check-in was super uncomplicated. Prainha is a nice little coastal village; there are a few restaurants here and several small grocery stores. Overall, it is recommended for people looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax. A rental car is highly recommended for the entire island, otherwise we would certainly not have discovered many beautiful corners. We enjoyed our time here very much and would come back anytime. Very good value for money!
