This was one of my favourite places in Sao Tome! The bungalow was so nice and the whole property is very beautiful. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super good. I really recommend this place and will return when I come back to this island

El Eden Valley Ecolodge and Farming se encuentra en Magdalena, en la región de la isla de Sao Tomé, y ofrece alojamiento con estacionamiento privado gratuito. I have stayed 2 nights on the 1 bed bungalow + 4 nights on the 2 bed bungalow: this review will be about both of these to avoid duplicate reviews. About the bungalows: - The bungalows are absolutely beautiful, very well cleaned, beautifully decorated. Mattress and pillows were super comfortable, as well as quality of the sheets. And bonus points - only accommodation in Sao Tome I found a duvet!!! Most places have just a small blanket but nothing beats a proper duvet for someone like me who always gets cold at night. - It has a mini fridge, a TV, hot water with good pressure, quality towels, a hammock and sofas outside to chill. Honestly, this is top quality accommodation, especially for the cost. About the property: - The staff are super kind and helpful and made me feel very looked after <3 and the owner Erikson was always available through whatsapp ready to send tips, ask how things are going, etc also super accommodating with doing late check out since my flights was not before 10pm. - Their menu is really amazing, and they have proper vegetarian meals!!! It's amazing to feel that vegetarian meals are not just an afterthought. The desserts were also absolutely spectacular (that passionfruit mousse... to die for). And the omelette they made for lunch was exquisite, other locations should learn from them on how to make an omelette dish that is actually good, not oily, balanced and super tasty. - The waterfall that can be heard from anywhere in the property is yet another amazing selling point. You can hike to see it up close! - I enjoyed the pool and the pond next to it, with fish and turtles! Even if turtles were a bit shy. Nice place to refresh after a day out. - And last but not least, Jeff, the ginger cat. He's such a lovely kitty!!! As a crazy cat lady this was definitely one of the best things (I often look for cat references in reviews so leaving this one for other crazy cat people like myself :)) Overall top notch accommodation in Sao Tome!

La casa Luis se encuentra a 1,2 km de la playa de Lagarto y ofrece pileta al aire libre, salón compartido y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, patio y wifi gratis. Luis y Catalina son muy majos, al igual que el résto de la gente que trabaja allí. La piscina y el desayuno son un puntazo a favor. No creo que haya nada mejor en relación calidad/precio en toda la isla. Totalmente recomendable

El Micaval Residential se encuentra en São Tomé y ofrece wifi gratis, bar, salón compartido y terraza. Super clean and comfortable room with a great AC and fast wifi. Breakfast was divers. The staff was friendly and really helpful. Got picked up at the airport for free and they helped us get south by bus.

El Mawo house está situado en Santana. Por las mañanas se sirve un desayuno continental. the view was the only reason I selected the area, the staff were great. I feel bad management was harsh on them when we had banking issues. it wasn’t their fault.

El Infinity se encuentra en Santana, en la isla de Santo Tomé, y ofrece un jardín. Se encuentra frente a la playa y ofrece terraza, estacionamiento privado gratuito y wifi gratis. The location is fantastic and has a beautiful view. We loved staying in Santana. The house is well equipped and has a lovely mango tree in the garden. The hosts are very helpful. We really recommend this place.

El RALUX house se encuentra en Santo Tomé, en la isla de Santo Tomé, a 3,8 km de Bombón, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, zona de parrilla, jardín y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Beautiful, quiet and friendly staff. Close to the beach and restaurants and supermarket are a walking distance.

Wow! We arrived late and the place looked like a heavenly shelter in the forest. we found out it is! The pictures are not pimped, the place is like that or even better, the rooms were clean like a nuclear lab. The room was cosy, the bed perfect, we simply couldnt have wished for better. Maria is a cheerful and all in all a wonderful host. we are grateful for all! Their chocolate mousse unforgottable! the place is en route Bombaim, so brace for road conditions, but if you want to check more remote and smaller places/sanctuaries, the place is for you! no internet, no cellular signal! enjoy your digital detox, thats what you probably came for.

El VIP House-Praia Francesca está en primera línea de playa en São Tomé y cuenta con jardín y conexión wifi gratis. El alojamiento ofrece vistas al mar, terraza y recepción 24 horas. This accommodation was for us the start of a dream vacation. The comfort and size of the accommodation alone would be reason for us to rate highly. In addition, the incredibly dear and impressive host. We very rarely get into raptures, but this host is a sensation: so warm, so interesting and interested: simply impressive and what a gift to experience. A few more words about the accommodation. The accommodation is large, very clean and has a sensational terrace. The bed is perfect and large, windows have mosquito protection, are tight and even have blinds (so you can make it nice and dark to sleep) The garden is a dream. You not only see (almost) all the fruits you dream of, but also get them served for breakfast. Indescribably beautiful as already mentioned the meeting with the landlord Mr. Simão. Many recommendations, lots of interesting information and conversations about the region. It was also ingenious to arrive so late and have a place to stay so close to the airport. We were picked up, although it is only a few hundred meters, with a jeep. After many hours of flight, a luxury to be received so and to land in such a nice accommodation. Our summary and with focus on a round trip: the perfect place to arrive or depart from São Tomé and Principe and spent time close to airport and a nice beach close to the town. If we were business travelers we would say: a perfect place to have a nice, calm and safe accommodation away from the center

La Pousada Vila Paraíso se encuentra en Santa Cruz, a 36 km de São Tomé, y ofrece un restaurante y wifi gratis. Este bed and breakfast sirve un desayuno continental. we arrived late afternoon after dark and the staff was very kind and friendly showing us the accommodation. we add the Vila all for ourselves and choose the room we wanted. Went out for diner but the staff were friendly and offered to cook diner. Theres no Aircon but the fam does the job well. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Shower water pressure it’s not the best, but no one’s on a hurry so take it Leve Leve! Breakfast was simple but delicious with coffee, tea, lots of fruits including Pitanga (Surinam Cherry) and scrambled eggs, all in the company of Leica (dog) and the beautiful and bold black young cat. The sunrise was unforgettable with such a view. it really feels like paradise.
