We really enjoyed the traditional tea ceremony where a tea expert prepared 3 types of locally grown tea. It was such a calming and peaceful experience, set next to the tranquil tea farm, and made for a great start to the day. The breakfast was excellent, super delicious and nutritious. I loved waking up to the beautiful tea farm just outside the window. We felt well taken care of by the tea farm owner.

The owner went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. When we said we needed to buy tea as gifts, he let us try multiple teas and gave us helpful tips to purchase tea at their family’s store in Alishan.

It is so peaceful here. The area is stunning with lovely walks looking at the tea plantation fields. Owners are lovely although we communicated solely via Google Translate! Beds were comfortable and a great shower.
