There is even an authentic m&m dispenser for the quick snack on the go with three different types of m&m’s! We absolutely loved it and will be back if we get the chance 😊

This is an excellent place to stay. Landlord is very kind and the place is well built and amply supplied. There was even a big jar of Peet's Coffee and a coffee maker, spices for cooking, filtered water in the big fridge. We loved the garden. Peaceful, relaxing. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The location is ideal. Close to anything you might want and in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent value.

Nastanitev New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage je v mestu Chico v regiji Kalifornija in ponuja balkon ter razgled na bazen. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.
