After a very tiring trip, we wanted to rest in a place where we could find ourselves feeling at home, in silence, and surrounded by the nature. And Moc Home simply have it all! ✓Check-in needs: Their staff are very helpful from the very begining until the end of our stay. I really appreciate when they offered us to stay in their sister hotel located at SaPa Center if we ever don't make it on time within their check-in time slot, but we made it on time anyway. ✓Check-in process: Upon arrival, Pencil, their dog, happily welcomed us! And checking in only took less than 5 mins! We just have to show our passports and thats all. they welcomed us with a freshly served family dinner. ✓Rooms: Rooms are aesthetically good and comfortable. You'll feel like you are in a cozy provincial rest house. ✓Toilet and bath: What I like the most is their toilet and bathroom, 100%! Unlike other hotels that we have stayed in Ha Giang, Moc Home dont just serve generic shampoo and body wash. They will provide you with the brands that you use at your own home! Freshly washed towels are always ready to use. They have multiple air-dryers too. ✓Food: Their foods are awesome too! Is not too special, but it simply tastes like a home cooked food by your mom. ✓Ambience: All I can say is, it is a perfect resting place!

The perfect stay in SaPa. You can book treks and walks with them and we did and had the best day. The food they serve is absolutely gorgeous and massive portions, we could hardly finish them! The staff are just so lovely and really helpful. The scenery is gorgeous. Room was big and clean, hot water and a fan. Organised a taxi for us as well for super early.

Although we were there when the weather was very unfavourable, we still had a great time. The hosts were more than incredible, the food was some of the best I’ve had in a long time, and the trekking we did was lovely! Beds very comfortable. Co recommended going to a hot herbal bath in the village and it was great! We will be coming back one day :)

The place was amazing. we arrived very late at night at the SaPa bus station (around 3am) and the owner arranged a taxi for us to get to the place for a very reasonable fee. It's the best place i stayed in my vietnam tour. A breathtaking view of the mountains you can see from your room. And they have a restaurant with good food and a great vibe. The owner and all the staff there, were very friendly and very very helpful. We had a great time there. Definitely visit again. Loved the cute cat and dog playing around the place

The hosts were the kindest people - one of us fell ill during our stay, and they were so concerned and offered to make ginger tea to help us feel better. They were responsive on WhatsApp to any queries we had, and accommodated a later check-out than what we had originally planned. There was a water filter to refill our bottles as well, which was really helpful.
