We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

El Lena Homestay and Villa se encuentra en Dong Hoi y ofrece alojamiento con balcón. Amazing homestay! The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

Very good value for the money. The couple who run the place are super helpful and accommodating. They offer inexpensive rides to town, will pick up food in town for you and the provided breakfast in house is great.

Una de las casas de familia con las vistas más hermosas de Phong Nha. Si quieres una habitación con vistas al río Son Thuyet, debes reservar con antelación. Si no puedes reservar, no está mal, la casa de familia tiene una zona de descanso justo al lado del río. Por la tarde, tumbarse aquí bebiendo cerveza y admirando el paisaje también es muy agradable.

The whole family were amazing, room comfortable and clean . The food was amazing - excellent hospitality helped us plan all our trips, had everything you need , excellent location !! The host went out of his way to help with every part of our trip , pick up , drop off - Information. Let us use the facilities between tours. Even after our stay which was only one night he helped me to contact many people to find my phone that I stupidly left in a taxi and got this back for he the next morning. The food the family tried on their farm is delicious too and served every night along with the rest of their delicious menu.

Tienen un jardín muy bonito y un supermercado y atm en frente del hotel que es muy cómodo. El dueño nos fue a buscar a dónde nos dejó el bus y fue muy amable.

Beautiful stay in Phong Nha when we came to visit the national park and caves. The room was clean and comfortable and all the family were so sweet. The weather was very wet before we arrived so the hosts informed us only one cave would be open but they organised our tour and transport to Hue the next day. Breakfast was really tasty and they also did our laundry so fast within 10 hours and it smelt amazing!

El Phong Nha Friendly Home 2 se encuentra en Phong Nha y ofrece wifi gratis, restaurante, bar y salón compartido. Este bed and breakfast sirve un desayuno americano y a la carta todas las mañanas. Ha sido como estar en casa. Nos han cuidado en todo momento encargándose de alquilar la moto, el bus, taxi... nos han guargado las maletas hasta las 21h aún cuando el check out era a las 12h. Un auténtico placer!
