The apartment was clean and provided everything you could possibly need, including neat little ironing board & iron, soap and washing up liquid. Plenty of towels in the rooms and pool towels available at reception. Staff made sure everything was kept clean around the pool and garden area. I found all staff were very friendly and made you feel nothing was too much trouble. Really peaceful location. Short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lots of little supermarkets and Lidl just up the road. Great book exchange in reception. Also in reception is a shower for those that have a later flights after checking out. I made full use of this, they even supply different shower gels, shampoo and conditioner along with new wash mitts.

Loved this place, clean, modern and comfortable. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 spacious Bathrooms. We had plenty of hot water and none of us ever had to have a cold shower! Very comfortable sofa. Loads of towels and plenty of loo rolls. Lovely spacious terrace with 4 Sunbeds, table and chairs for outdoor dining and Barbecue area. Sunshine all day. Quiet peaceful area. Host very nice and approachable for any thing we needed during our stay. A short walk down to a lovely beach. About 15mins walk to the start of PDC strip, taxi back if we walked too far was 5euros. Would highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed 😁

The apartment is very nice and cozy. There is plenty of space and the shared pool is also a welcome addition. The cleanliness is exceptional, our apartment was cleaned almost every day. The staff is very kind and tries to help and solve any problems. For example I did not like the hard pillow, so they gave me a soft one immediately.

I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!

The grounds are very well kept and nice. It’s really clean and well secured with a locked gate for entry. We enjoyed the quiet, chilled vibe. Rooms are ideal for two people. From our veranda we had an amazing sunset view which I’ve attached.

In a great location, a few minutes walk from the strip, about equidistant from the Old Town and Los Pocillos. In a residential area with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby but really quiet at night. Rosi was lovely to deal with. A lovely lady and great to respond if you needed anything or had a query. Look forward to our next visit.

The apartments themselves are absolutely spotless as well as the grounds around the apartment. Apartments had everything we needed, a good sized fridge, a hob, kettle etc and a spacious living area. It is up a hill but this wasn’t a problem and taxis are easily accessible and very cheap. The complex was so clean, pool area was spotless and cleaned daily. Apartments were spacious and very clean.
