Property was pristine clean, everything labeled and readily available. I just returned from week long GC hike and was able to do all my laundry quickly just like at home. Modern and very clean, this hotel is a good value for money, close to Zion National Park. Our family of 4 had a room with 2 Queen beds that were bigger than average. Nice view from our terrace.

The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need apart from a kettle (I'm a tea drinker) the coffee machine may have met my needs for boiling water but I didn't know how to use it. The bed was huge and comfortable! Shower was lovely and large TV to watch. Communication with the hosts was all online but we received all of the information we required. We had a great stay in Kanab!

The weather was very cloudy with light rain making it impossible to see Leonard comet and stars, but the hotel staff made up for the unkind nature. The Sego restaurant in the hotel was a big plus.
