Great and safe location as a solo traveller for a 13 night stay in Perth. Very clean with super & always accommodating staff! Twin room with Q + S bed (level 1) - good room space/layout - accessible balcony with large sliding & screen doors to allow fresh airflow. Easy 300m walk up to IGA supermarket (open 24/7) which had a huge variety of fresh fruit/veg & prepared food options and the usual necessities.... as well as several coffee shops, a bakery, newsagent, bottle shop & other eateries in Preston Street. Did not have a car but was less than 350m walk to Transperth Bus stops for regular links to Perth Hockey Stadium/Curtin University for my commitments and also to South Perth shops/ferry/Zoo & to Elizabeth Quay & Perth Stations (city) for train & bus connections across Perth for sightseeing & social occasions. FYI only - Access to level 1 rooms is by approx 15 stairs & no lift .... Did not impact me & was OK on a daily access basis however was great that staff offered to assist with my luggage on arrival & departure.

Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

The minimal room was comfortable and all I needed for an overnight stopover. The regular free airport shuttle bus was excellent. I had dinner, a wagu steak which was just fair in a very basic restaurant which had a good choice of menu. The breakfast menu which I didn’t take also had a large choice of cooked breakfast. The staff were all very agreeable.

The property is well located and is surrounded with many facilities to help make your stay more convenient than most other accommodation properties. The staff and management are extremely friendly and very welcoming and their complimentary airport shuttle is one of the best offered.

I booked and paid for online what I thought was a cabin as thats what booking.com advertised it as and also next to the price was a photo of a cabin but when I got to the caravan park they said it's not a cabin it's a donga!! So very misleading from booking.com not the caravan parks fault!! The staff that manage the park could see that I was very distressed and tired so said that he will upgrade my booking to a chalet for the night no extra charge!! So very professional and very helpful so I give this caravan park The Thumbs Up!!!
