Our family had a wonderful time here. The apartment is conveniently located close to Interlaken West train station and bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants, yet tucked away from the main road allowing for privacy. Situated close to the scenic Aare river, it has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and good Wi-Fi connectivity. It is clean, comfortable and spacious and has incredible views of the mountains from some of the rooms. Our friendly and kind hosts shared clear check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival, as well as helpful tips for our stay in Interlaken. They were promptly responsive when we needed to reach out on any questions or concerns we had during our stay and pulled all stops to ensure we had a pleasant, worry-free stay.

Everything - location was right next to Hotel Sonne bus stop from where one can take direct bus to Ost, West and Wilderswil train stations. The property has all kitchen equipments and we could even cook Indian food easily. The rooms are spacious with one bathroom on first floor and one on ground floor. Lot of heaters in the property as well.

Super clear instructions on key collection Host was very accommodating to our requests and replies very quickly whenever we needed help. We stayed here for 4 nights so it felt a bit like home, and a place we look forward to coming back after a busy day of travelling. We really liked Barbara's and Jorg's attention to details. Every need was catered for. All the facilities were easy to find and use. The place is spacious, with lot of natural lighting, and very clean (including all the kitchen utensils). The owners are so friendly and they took extra miles to take care of us (like fetching us and taking us to the train station, chocolates in the fridge, etc). The surrounding is peaceful and felt very safe. The train station and grocery store are only a short walk away.
