We had an amazing time at Orangutan Bungalow! Staff were so helpful. We did the 3 day trek through them which was incredible. We also saw some orangutans on the property and from our balcony.

Beautiful location. The management organized exceptional private airport transportation as well as jungle trek. We were able to pay for all charges on credit card at the property.

I loved the location of the jungle lodge, it was perched on a jungle hillside... truly amazing😍 I had Ian & Jeffrey as my guides & they were very informative and helpful throughout the jungle trek. Yanta was another assistant & I couldn't be happier about it... so kind & friendly :). Awesome experience! I will be back one day!

this is a magical place to stay. the setting on the river is fabulous but also every member of staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. the star was Rio, our guide on the jungle trek to see the orangutan (and yes we had a very close encounter with a mother and her baby! and Joe who steered us down river on the tubing ride home. Brigitte helped organise that and the transfers from Medan and was helpful when we had to change plans last minute. The drivers who picked us up and dropped us off were great too.

I stayed in a recently renovated room with beautiful views of the river! The restaurant attached has such a cool ambiance - a great place to read or study. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean and neat and an easy walk towards the forest or shops nearby!
