What a stunning lodge! The views out from our room across the lake were beautiful. The suite was very spacious and very well equipped. Our hosts Wendy and David were incredible and went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The made to order breakfast by David each morning was utterly delicious! We also made use of the wood-fired hot tub one evening which was incredibly peaceful with a wonderful view of the lake as it began to get dark.

We absolutely loved all the space at Matterhorn Lodge - all the rooms are super spacious and the living areas are large and cosy. Most rooms have perfect views which just add to the luxurious amenities. Perfect place for entertaining our group on a cold Winter week.

Very comfortable and quiet room with a fridge and pretty patio; great location; nice large guest lounge with full kitchen facilities (microwave, toaster, sink, dishes) so we could make our own breakfasts.

    Wonderful view on lake and mountains with a strong feel of privacy. Very comfy and well equipped place. Would love to go back there soon.
