Great and a comfy stay! Will definitely be coming back! Location: the location is quite convenient. It’s right next to the main road going to Paje and 5-10 minutes walk away to the ocean. The building is in Jambiani village which is famous for its sweet, hospitable locals, and great beaches! Supermarkets and shops are all nearby. Check in: Thomas the owner who oversees things personally, was kind enough to arrange for an early check in despite the short notice. He’s easygoing and friendly to deal with. Easy and straightforward process. They accept cards without giving you the looks (many properties in Jambiani don’t happily accept cards). You can use Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. The place itself: this is a brand new building with great finishing. The owner takes pride in his trees and the villa is surrounded by greenery inside it. There’s a pool, kitchen with a big new fridge for guests to store food, shower facilities next to the pool. There’s also a terrace upstairs with huge area for people who wanna have some privacy or do calls or just relax. It offers a nice 360 view of the village on all sides. The rooms: the rooms are quite modern and they are practically designed and equipped with everything you want. The ac was working perfectly and it was a relief in hot afternoons and nights (many properties don’t have ac or it doesn’t work). Really comfy beds (probably the best bed and mattresses I slept on in Zanzibar), a safe which is quite handy, a little desk if you have work, big washroom with great water pressure, everything in the room was brand new and working fine. The internet: I had couple of meetings and was suffering from the poor internet in other proper I. The wifi really saved me. The experience: the owner who was also staying at the property is warm and makes sure to check in on you and see if you need anything (the stay itself, directions, restaurant recommendations, etc.

delicious breakfast!!! small room, but more you don't need for few days. Everywhere adapter for energy and possibility for self-cooking. Very comfortable place on top of the cubes with many easy chairs and sofas for chilling. And - a very friendly team!!!

Grossartige unterkunft. Sehr schöne bungalows mit schöner poolanlage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites personal und eigentümer. Kurze entfernung zum dorf und strand. The location is amazing, the bed is more then comfortable, the outside are is so great to relax that I almost settled roots, and the stuff is so friendly and nice, that it feels like a little second family 😊

Very nice house, location is great, clean, friendly staff. The lodge/house has 3 bedrooms, we stayed in one with 2 beds and a private bathroom, showers are great. All new equipment. Shared kitchen, living room and swimming pool area. Great breakfast and host.

Das Personal war unglaublich nett, Frühstück wurde uns auch noch kurz vor 11 ohne beschwerde serviert. Der Pool war sehr gut und man konnte gut entspannen. Die Lage ist hervorragend ( 40m) zum Strand. In der Umgebung hat man sich sehr sicher gefühlt und es gab einige kleine lokale Geschäfte sowie Restaurants

Beachfront hotel with amazing staff. Bungalows were pretty comfy and convenient. Lots of activities to do. Food is yummy and safe. Showers have great pressure.
