My wife and I loved everything about Shrub Lodge. We stayed for 6 perfect nights. It is situated in a very good central quite residential location very close to the Falls and town centre. We think this is a new or recently built lodge, much more modern than any lodge we saw in Victoria Falls. The grounds, lobby, restaurant and spacious, modern high ceiling rooms were perfect. Great strong warm shower too. Our room had a modern, clean bathroom with a walk in shower and stand alone bath tub. The modern room furnishings and high quality queen size bed and bed sheets/ white new comforter was great too. There is also a beautiful clean pool in the middle of the lodge. So much attention to detail in this resort. The service we received from every single staff member at the lodge was so fantastic it is hard to describe . We literally felt like we were with family from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff to the Lodge drivers. One huge benefit was how easily we booked all of our safari tours, evening shows , boat tours and transportation through the lodge with great ease and for fair pricing. The included breakfast was also very enjoyable with a good variety of items and gentle, great service. All in all, this is the best lodge my wife and I have every stayed in.

The Tabokana house is located a little bit outside the center of the city. The breakfast is made with a lot of detail and sufficient portions, special requests were always taken into account. The area is nice and clean. The staff is the biggest bonus of this accommodation, they were extreme friendly and helpful, managed all our bookings and transports without any trouble. In the evening they told us amazing stories (after we asked for them) about places to go and insider tips. We would definitely recommend this place!

The property exhumed luxury. The finest attention to every detail. The hosts and staff were incredible insuring we had the best time and stay. They booked all our activities at the desk and even helped celebrate special birthdays with cake and song. The rooms are very comfortable and the food delicious!

This hotel was great value, and we were allowed to enjoy all the facilities of the Shongwe Oasis, next door hotel, as well. Respecting the location being a national park, they follow some of sustainable and renewable energy practices, reducing waste and und using solar energy. Whoever designed this place was very thoughtful. You call tell that they paid attention to details. Spacious rooms, big bathroom with extra sink space, and both a tub and a shower. You don't struggle to find a place for all your daily routine products and kits. Dedicated workspace is decently sized too. The power outlet had the smart world traveller adapter. We loved the designs, especially the use of patterns and mosaic. Great colors too. The hotel restaurant was pretty good. During our 6 night stay, we didn't feel the need to find food elsewhere because the hotel food was that good (and we just wanted to relax and stop planning too). Breakfast was included. Lunch and dinner are fairly priced. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. What you see in photos is very accurate. You can enjoy the view of the Milky Way from the lookout tower at night. Would definitely book again if the road takes me back to Zimbabwe

this place is just wonderful! the staff are so lovely and friendly. the lodges are perfectly equipped, very clean, and have everything you could need: fantastic wifi in rooms and common areas (great for remote working), large bed, bathtub and shower, ac, mosquito net, great storage space for luggage, etc. the pool is a great addition and there is also a common fridge + cold water dispenser on property which means you don’t need to purchase water. the location is a little out of town ($5 in a taxi each way) but it didn’t bother me. they also have many brilliant breakfast options - including for vegans. i was spoilt for choice.

The room was lovely and the bed was amazing. The air con and fan above the bed worked well. The staff helped me prepare a birthday surprise. Easy $10 taxi fare into town and the falls. Staff also helped coordinate transfer to/from airport along with booking say excursions. Balcony was a great size. Easy access to dining. Beautiful layout of wooden flooring built around trees - felt like a true lodge. Would stay again!

The breakfast is awesome. The staff gave exceptional service. This is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Highly recommended. It is also in a great location and you can easily access most facilities and points of interest within Victoria Falls. The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was memorable. Will visit again and again.

Incredible! We had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful new lodge and couldn’t have been more pleased with every aspect. Staff communicated professionally and friendly throughout our reservation process and during our stay. While we were on site, the Owners and staff took time to converse with us daily and make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The property itself is beautiful from room design and furnishings to landscape design and common areas to gather. Very clean, secure, and great location for visiting local tourists attractions. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at this new lodge. Attention to detail from construction to customer care is wonderful. This is a true gem!
