He went the extra mile to make us feel at home and helped us immensely with anything we needed help with. Truly recommended!

We stayed for one month and it was a real home away from home. Perfectly clean on arrival, multiple bedsheets provided and extra bedding in the wardrobe, all the kitchenware we needed, radiators in every room, etc. The wifi was reliable with no issues whatsoever and Victoria was highly responsive via WhatsApp when we asked for additional lightbulbs for the bedside lamps. The building is very secure and clean and quiet, in the ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the Gondola Station but also 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Shower pressure is good and full tank of hot water. Amazing value for money and if we’re ever back in Bansko we would stay again!

The studio was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. I loved the location as it is close to the main area ad the ski area but is yet very quiet.

Everything was perfect, I strongly recommend it! We were a group of 13. The building was very clean and very warm. You must try the breakfast!

The apartment is very big with 2 large rooms (fit for a couple) and 1 room with 2 single beds and an attic with 2 more single beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed kitchen accessories. The living room is very big and comfortable. The apartment was clean and had a very large water heater so we always had hot water. There is a nice interior garden outside. The host was nice and helpful. She speak good English and has good hiking tips. The apartment is very close to the town center and to a lot of restaurants and shops.
