From the fully equipped kitchen to the private spa, the mood lighting, the little homely touches like wall hangings and little trinkets on the shelves. The beds had feather donnas and big fluffy pillows, private shower in each bedroom. Very wash and cosy. Highly recommended

Chalet Elza er íbúð með garð og útsýni yfir ána. Hún er staðsett í sögulegri byggingu í Lauterbrunnen í 14 km fjarlægð frá Grindelwald-flugstöðinni. This was our best stay during our Swiss trip. Stayed 4 days at this comfy chalet with the most incredible views and surroundings. Its a 15 minute walk to the railway station and you can take a forest road as suggested by the owner Dave and its beautiful,along a stream. Had a nice little fireplace in the living room with electric heater in the two bedrooms upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen means you can whip up your own food, especially since most shops close down by 6pm in this area. Theres a common room for doing your laundry, a sauna and even a hot tub outside which you can rent looking at the beautiful scenery. To top it all, Dave is an excellent host. Went out of his way to pick up our luggage from the railway station, since we had a sudden change in plans due to unstable weather. He also dropped us off at the station at the end of the stay

Set in Zermatt, OVERLOOK Lodge by CERVO Zermatt is 300 metres from Sunegga Bahn Funicular, offering Alpine-style apartments with impressive mountain views. This is a great property and would definitely stay again! Brand new building and appliances/furnishings and felt very warm and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen area and the apartment had plenty of space in the living and bathroom. It’s a bit of a walk from the Main Street but was lucky enough to have had a great view of Matterhorn from the room - which made the longer walk worth it!! The free canvas bag and slippers were a nice touch as well.
