The breakfast was delicious and at such a lovely spot on the terrace of Joanna's house! The casita we stayed in was beautiful - a massive comfy bed and incredible views out to the sea. The garden on your approach to the house is full of butterflies. We saw birds, stick insects, huge butterflies. Joanna was really helpful with maps of park Tayrona and walks / trips nearby. We ordered food to the casita and Juancho's had an excellent menu and all really tasty too!

The place is extraordinary, at the heart of a very quiet and peaceful land of forest, with a nice view on the sea. I really recommend the chocolate tour where you can taste the chocolate of the farm in (almost) unlimited quantities. For gourmands only!

Terramia Estate is voorzien van een hot tub en gratis privéparkeren, en ligt op 30 km van Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino en 34 km van Goudmuseum Santa Marta. De accommodatie heeft een hot tub. Such a unique location! Only 6 'nests' so it truly is a boutique experience. The food (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there) was so fresh and healthy and yummy. Also loved the sunset cocktails with the view over the coffee plantation. The staff / owners were so nice. I think this is one of the most memorable stays I have ever had.

Quetzal Dorado Eco-Lodge ligt in Los Naranjos, op slechts 1,5 km van de ingang van het nationaal park Tayrona in El Zaino. De mensen zijn heel behulpzaam, de kamers zijn goed uitgerust en heerlijk om te verblijven. Het eten is heerlijk en uitzicht fantastisch.

Minca Glamping is gelegen in Minca, op 19 km van Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino en 22 km van Goudmuseum Santa Marta. Such an amazing place! I'd stay there forever if I could hahaha!😁 Was so nice to wake up with the sun in the morning, hearing the roosters and birds, and the nearby stream!😍 Nature everywhere, far from the crowd and noise, if you look for a relax - it's a perfect place! If you're animal lover, like me - perfect place too!😊 there were little chicks and cats, hens, turkeys, turtles, lizards, humming birds!😍 if you don't like insects though - it might be a bit challenging hahah, as they live there too, but there are nets everywhere, even covering the beds, so although I'm not the fan of them, it wasn't hard to survive!😆 the place is located some 20 minutes walking from the centre of Minca, it's better to bring backpack instead of suitcase - but anyway you can always count on the help of Nore and Carlos!😊 They're such nice people, very helpful, caring, making you feel like home, aaaand there's also Antonella - super cute little girl that gave me such a warm welcome, caught chicks for me, introduced me to the cats and her little turtle, and help me with moving my stuff to the other hut as I was given an upgrade!😁 There were some works going on near my hut so I was asked if I wanna change the hut for the better one!😄 Both of them were lovely though, lots of space inside, comfy big beds, everything clean - couldn't wish for more!🥰 It's like a little paradise and if I'm ever in Minca again - I know where to go!😊

Sierra Alta Finca Boutique biedt een tuin en ligt in Bellavista, op 13 km van Minca en op 23 km van Santa Marta. Een koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat zijn ook aanwezig. Het was een prachtige locatie, alleen al de weg er naar toe was spectaculair. Pilar deed er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. De excursie met Richard naar de waterval was onbeschrijfelijk. Ook heerlijk gegeten. Al bij al echt de moeite waard om te bezoeken!

Playa Mareygua Hostal bevindt zich in Buritaca met uitzicht op de tuin en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin en terras. De lodge beschikt over zowel gratis WiFi als privéparkeren. Loved the quietness, perfect location, totally affordable and very nice family running the business.
