The hospitality of the hosts, Rosella and Nino, was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived in Italy, they made us feel at home. That was partly because of the little things Rosella did for us, like surprising us with a nice treat at our arrival. They also helped us out when we got in trouble at the airport, when the car we had reserved was cancelled. Don’t look any further. Just book this chalet. You’ll feel as welcome as we did.

The apartment very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Clean, fresh and well kept. You can see from the very first moment that the hosts treat it with love and care. The contact with the host - Cinzia was also very nice and smooth. We were touched by her flexibility and kindness and letting us stay until late afternoon since we had a night flight. The place is also very well communicated - you can easily take a train from the airport (tip: leave at Palazzo Reale-Orleans station and you have a 5 minute walk to the apartment). Armando is a nice man, he met us and explained everything about the trip to Mt. Etna. The next morning he came to prepare a nice breakfast for us and we enjoyed the view from the balcony in the dining room. The house is very big, we had 2 rooms, 2 baths and the kitchen for our family of 5 people. Inside the rooms there was a heater to warm the air, tea and coffee, even slippers.
