Homemade breakfast was rich and great! Terrace with a nice view on the lake! Coffee was served all the time. Super tasty homemade ginger cookies! Great list of recommended restaurants and points of interest. Tuk tuk and sightseeing tours were arranged within minutes. Takeaway breakfast nicely packed at our early morning departure. Highly recommended!

De Tea Hills Bungalow ligt in Hatton. U kunt gebruikmaken van gratis WiFi in de openbare ruimtes van de chalet. -Very friendly and accommodating -kind and generous hosts -detailed clean and comfortable and spacious bathroom and bedroom -eveythjng felt like great quality -food was 10 out of 10 especially the organic salad picked from their own garden -great view of tea gardens -they did our Laundry in a short period of time -the location was great, it is quiet and away from the busy town

Food preparation was good. Needs some tuning there. They will come of age with some experience. They have their own vegetable plots in the premises. The manager cum part owner kaveesha and his friend akila were super nice and accommodating. They organized excursions to all the waterfalls in the area in a safari jeep. It, of course involved lots of trekking and climbing . The cabana style unit was cozy and ideal for a friend/family get-together. It was a home away from home . Super relaxing atmosphere.waking up to bird sounds was lovely. Cool weather. Feb/ March is the best time to go as it is dry. Rain season will dampen the experience.

The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly and accommodative. Responded to appeals promptly. Property was very clean, and the atmosphere pleasant for a holiday. The bedding and sofas were comfortable, and all necessities attended to. Privacy was ensured. Parking facility for a van was appreciated.

Serene, silent stay in the forest. Good hosts. Helped us cook food for our children. Large house for a large family. Eight people can easily stay in a two storied house. Parking is limited for one car.

We stayed here for only one night while driving through the mountains on our bike. On our short stay the hosts warmth, generosity and customer service made a lasting impression on us. He let us check in late and had his brother meet us to answer any questions. He also provided us wood to use the fire ♥️ this was so appreciated after driving for days and being very cold in some areas. You will not find a cosier place in nuwara eliya. Being able to make hot drinks with the refreshments provided & heating up our left over takeaway with the microwave was a god send!! We were so tired after driving the host let us check out late by a few hours at no extra cost. The cabin was cosy, warm, fresh and felt really special. We watched a beautiful orange golden sunset from behind the mountain tops while being wrapped up in the fleecy blankets with our hot drinks in the upstairs bedroom. We slept downstairs because of the warming fire, the bed was the comfiest we slept in our 2 months travelling Sri Lanka! Lakshitha the host is a genuine and great man, super laid back and will go miles out of his way for you. We had the pleasure of meeting him briefly on leaving and he was just a straight up cool guy with a quirky place and nothing but the best vibes. We wish you every success.
