It is a beautiful hotel with astonishing garden. I just could not get enough of it. Amazing pool. Wifi very strong. Staff would do anything to help. Location is not bad at all. Just RIGHT across the hotel, there is a bakery type of thing. Very nice and low cost.

The cabanas and the little cute pool are made with so much love and attention to details. The yard is full of greenery, birds and life, so beautiful. But most amazing is the hospitality of Rasi, Chami and especially Anwar who always went extra mile for caring of us. The breakfast was lovely, freshly home made and varied every day. It was really hard to leave the place.

Place is pretty amazing, just 2 minutes to the beach & to any restaurant. Staff is very helpful with all the information I wanted. His knowledge of the area is an added value to the property. In room coffee is provided, I was able to cook my fresh food in the house kitchen.

The accommodation was very comfortable and quite worth the price. The people running the villa and incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay so delightful. You can also rent a scooter from them!

Our stay was perfect in this place - from the 1st minute we met the host till the minute we left. We even prolonged our stay. The place is beautiful - design, swimming pool, nature. You really can feel the surrounding nature, but at the same time very safe. The special thing is awesome breakfast served. Many thanks to the host - Nuwan, who really cares about his guests. He spent a lot of time with us, telling interesting things about his country, helping with some shopping & transport. We even made our own spice to take home with us and went to night crabs hunting on the beach !!!

Offering a garden and garden view, Guruwaththa Eco Lodge is located in Hikkaduwa, 2.8 km from Hikkaduwa Beach and 17 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium. It is a nice location surrounded by the nature. The lodge is managed by a friendly family. Everything is very clean inside. A small kitchen is also provided. We loved to spend time in the room's balcony, looking at buffalos at the paddy fields while having a tea. Had a wonderful time.
