This house is build by the owner, only from wood. You are completely surrounded by nature and you can hear the river. We love the jungle setting that is just 10mins walk to the town. The sound of nature surrounds the property. The place is so well designed and decorated that it's more like a upmarket boutique hotel than a homestay. There are even 2 indoor swings in the common lounge. The provision of a kettle and a fridge in the common lounge is very thoughtful. The host Angelo was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Stuff amazing, they offering free pick up and drop off for check in and check out. Owners will do everything for you to make your holidays easy and smooth! We asked for tuk tuk for round trip, they found best price for us, we asked about taxi to Yala - they found the best price for us. Anything we need they helped with! And you are in the middle of forest, no rush, just trees, monkeys and few other animals. Really nice stay we enjoyed and would recommend to everybody. Thank you again for everything you did for us.

During my recent trip to Ella, Sri Lanka, I had the pleasure of staying at the Ayubo Ella, The highlight of this place is undoubtedly the breathtaking view it offers. With just three fantastic rooms, it felt like an exclusive getaway. Vaji, the hotel owner, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We took advantage of their scooter rental service, which made it convenient to explore Ella and its surroundings. The hotel is conveniently located just 1 km away from Ella Railway Station, and it's an enjoyable 30-minute walk.  The breakfast they served was super satisfying. Dinners were a treat, with delicious dishes that left our taste buds wanting more. Our room had a brilliant view, and it was spacious with all the necessary facilities. When it was time for us to move on to our next destination in Mirissa, the hotel staff helped us arrange a reliable taxi at a reasonable price. Overall, Ayubo provided us with an unforgettable experience in Ella, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this charming Sri Lankan town.
