He will drive you anywhere you want to go in his tuk tuk and his wife makes a great local breakfasts. About 10 mins drive to town which means there's no noise from the loud streets and bars.

Arawe is a newly renovated 150-year old nature cottage located around 400m from the centre of Ella. Beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. Very friendly staff. Fantastic food, both breakfast and dinner

Featuring a garden and free WiFi, Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge and Yoga Center is situated in Ella, 3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Had and amazing stay! Just 2 nights but could have been a week. Just enough outside of downtown (a short walk or tuk tuk ride) to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to pop in for a meal, drink or a little bit of night life. The breakfast was perfect (great French press coffee) and my wife was able to take a yoga class each morning which she loved (she is a yoga teacher here in the US). The shower water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The balcony off of the room was amazing with monkeys paying a visit in the morning. We slept well and didn't even use the fan provided. Will 100% be back to stay again. Thanks!

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It is a stunning location, situated in the forest, with amazing views of Ella Rock and the surrounding area. The room was large and comfortable, with stunning views to wake up to. The free breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Thank you Amila and family - we had the best time and will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity!

Best place to stay in Ella.The room and bathroom were spacoius. we had a great view of the mountains of Ella rock and little adam's peak.Delicious breakfast. The host is super friendly and helps with every thing you need. Great value for money.😊

Tantra Ella Lodge มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในเอลลา ห่างจากสะพานเดโมดาราไนน์อาร์ชบริดจ์ 4.9 กม. The place is amazing! Feels like a 5-star hotel but with love approach. The host pays attention to the small details: the towels are soft and fresh, there are roses in different places as welcoming, arrival drinks with a cake. I felt in love with the place. The terrace is also so nice. I could observe the squirrels and some special Sri Lanka bird. The furniture is modern and stylish. It is very near to the center and bus station. I will stay there next time when I am in Ella. Amazing hospitality.

Stuff amazing, they offering free pick up and drop off for check in and check out. Owners will do everything for you to make your holidays easy and smooth! We asked for tuk tuk for round trip, they found best price for us, we asked about taxi to Yala - they found the best price for us. Anything we need they helped with! And you are in the middle of forest, no rush, just trees, monkeys and few other animals. Really nice stay we enjoyed and would recommend to everybody. Thank you again for everything you did for us.
