Tranquil Wild ligger i Tanamalwila och har poolutsikt, en restaurang, en snackbar, en trädgård, en utomhuspool, en terrass och rumsservice. This property was in a beautiful setting! You feel very close to nature, with lots of trees, plants, birds. It is right on a lake. The owner, Anne, the manager, Amal, and each and every staff member were incredibly kind and professional. Our every need was met. We had full board, and the food exceeded our expectations! We were so full! There were lots of choices, but we had Sri Lankan food, it was just delicious! We had Tranquil book us two safaris, and we loved them! We didn’t see leopards, but another group did the same day we went out. We saw plenty of wildlife. A bonus was the fresh, clean pool for a morning or afternoon swim, with chairs to relax in the sun or shade. Thank you, Tranquil, for your hospitality. We’ll be back! We recommend this place and the park nearby, over the busier places.

We loved the property with its lovely designed gardens and tranquil swimming pool. The lodges are beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable and displayed in such a way that you have your own view without being overlooked by others. The team is wonderful and very professional. They organised our safari and we truly enjoyed sharing special moments and discussions with Praveen the manager who is passionate and goes the extra mile to make his guests feel welcome and special. The food is delicious - one of the best in Sri Lanka - and the atmosphere very relaxed. It’s a bit of paradise on Earth. Thank you Praveen for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely come back and stay.

Staying here is a highlight of my month trip in Sri Lanka. I wanted to go to a better Yala National Park entrance than the crowded one handling people coming from Kataragama and Tissamaharama. With less crowding and a good guide, this helps minimize impact to animals on safaris. The villa is new and only had a couple reviews, but I decided to take a chance because they are the only reasonably priced stay I saw in the area and because they are near my prefered Yala entrance gate. I wasn't disappointed when I arrived since the place was comfortable with a good mattress, working A/C, it's a stand-alone unit, and had a relaxing vine-canopy shaded porch. The room itself is basic but has everything you need. Prasad and his family were amazing. They helped me get a new Sim card when mine broke and provided me with the best breakfasts, fresh juices, snacks, and conversations. I thoroughly enjoyed my three nights here!!

Elephant Arcade ligger i Tissamaharama och erbjuder boende med utsikt över bergen samt en utomhuspool, en trädgård, en terrass och en restaurang. Lovely owners! They served great meals and helped us with the booking of a nice safari! Highly recommen staying here.

Wadula Safari - Yala ligger i Kataragama i regionen Monaragala District, nära Kataragama tempel, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi och gratis privat parkering. The accomodation is like a hotel in the jungle! The best kind of glamping you could ask for. Dinner is brought to your room (whilst the restaurant is under construction) and was some of the tastiest food we’ve had. The hosts will organise a safari tour for you. We picked the full day and breakfast and lunch was catered for us - more than enough food! The accomodation is on the border of Yala National Park and it was amazing to wake up to monkeys in the trees and buffalo in the garden. Highly reccomended a stay here.

Tree Tops Yala är en villa med terrass i Yala. Privat parkering erbjuds utan extra kostnad. Lägenheten har en vardagsrumsdel samt ett kök med ugn och mikrovågsugn. We enjoy so much our stay here. Appu and his family are great, and the food was amazing. I totally recommend it!

Kele Yala is a boutique hotel situated in the dry zone in Kataragama. Very clean rooms! The pool was amazing and the staff was so friendly.

Miljövänliga Gaga Bees Yala ligger intill ett risfält, bara 5 minuters promenad från sjön Yoda. Här erbjuds en infinitypool och en terrass. Det finns även tillgång till gratis WiFi i allmänna... Very supportive team , especially Dinesh is number 1. Smiles , quick solution , polite and supportive. Food at dinner was also good. Breakfast was nice too
