The shared bathrooms were clean, big and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living room was also really nice (there was even a projector). The rooms were cozy and the host was nice and available for suggestions and any type of information. Loved it.

Hattvika Lodge is located in Ballstad, in the Lofoten Islands region. Leknes Airport is 12 km away. Free private parking is available on site. Some units have a balcony or patio. We were booked for three nights and hoped to see the Nothern lights, sadly they proved elusive. But there are many great spots around the grounds to take amazing photos of the lodges and the mountains. The food at Fangst was exceptional and the staff at the lodge were wonderful. Very approachable and friendly. Hillside hut number 8 had great views and was spacious. It’s just a short 5 minute walk to the local supermarket.
