Solitaire Lodge is a luxurious 5-star property 20 minutes' drive from Rotorua, set on a private peninsula on the shores of Lake Tarawera. Breakfast was great surrounding area was gorgeous, just a wonderful place to spend some time

Set in spacious park-like surroundings, Wylie Court Motor Lodge features a heated swimming pool. All accommodation includes free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. My family and I decided last minute to head down to rotorua for the night. The best decision we ever made as whanau. We felt very welcomed from start to end. Rooms were amazing clean tidy and enough room so we could all sit together and eat. Pool was amazing couldn’t have asked for better.

The location was great. Opposite the lake and a few minutes walk from Eat Street. John, reception, was excellent. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Room was wonderful too. Very spacious 2 good sized bedrooms, large living/dining/kitchen area. Well equipped with hob, microwave. Toaster, nespresso machine with pods, large fridge. Even given some fresh milk for our tea/coffee. Nice shower room and toilet. Plenty of towels, very comfy beds. Was extremely clean. Nice small, warm pool, garden area with bbq and seating area. Cannot fault anything. Had a great stay.

Centrally located in a quiet street, BK’s Rotorua Motor Lodge offers modern accommodation with free unlimited WiFi and free parking. Most rooms feature a 2-person spa bath. booked on line, excellent service, didn't have to pay until I checked out. I would highly recommend this lodge to travellers who want a overnight stay or even a couple of nights.
