Quail Rest is located on Totara Peak Station which is a working High Country Station situated on the shores of Lake Benmore 22kms from Twizel township. Free WiFi and private parking is included. Everything, though about 10 minutes off the beaten path it didn’t matter once you got there. On the front porch you looked right at Mount Cook. The house itself was immaculate and the appointments were top notch. If you are staying for a few days do not miss this one.

We loved our stay at Lexi Lodge, this lodge is really something very special. The place was perfectly cleaned, had all the amenities you'd expect and need and the beds were super comfy. Staff and really friendly and helpful The lodge is in a perfect spot for some peace and quiet, late night stargazing, and a wonderful relax in the hot tub! During the day you can feed the animals who are.all friendly and happy to see guests! We cannot wait to come back

My wife and I stayed over Christmas on a trip to NZ. Truly one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. The property itself is absolutely stunning with modern and tasteful decoration throughout. The whole environment was just exceptional. We watched wildlife and enjoyed the views for hours over a glass of wine or two.
