Issie at reception is LOVELY. Kind, welcoming, and helpful. I was exhausted when I arrived, so greatly appreciated her kindness!

Clean, modern, very comfortable, quiet, and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as easy as possible after our plane was delayed and we arrived late.

Super supportive but not hard beds . Real quilt not poly, giving warmth and weight. Chalet is fitted for wheelchair access, so bathroom was a spacious well fitted room with a curtained shower area, good water pressure. Whole property was spotlessly clean. Fitted with smaĺl kitchenette which we didn't use, so can't comment on it. Welcoming hosts. Breakfast included in the Cafe next door meant full choice from menu and real coffee. Parking right at door.

Hideaway - A Couples Retreat is situated in Akaroa and offers a terrace. This cottage has a garden and free private parking. Very comfortable, quiet, cosy and relaxing.

Offering mountain views, Pukaki Air Lodge in Twizel offers accommodation, barbecue facilities, a terrace and a shared lounge. Complimentary WiFi is available. An excellent location, especially for aviation enthusiasts! The room was spacious and clean and facilities excellent. Would highly recommend.
