Dyan the owner is a wonderful Host, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Enjoyed chatting with her and her wonderful sense of humour! Her afternoon tea with home-made cakes are a highlight. So are the wonderful breakfasts, to be enjoyed either on the deck or on the private balcony of the room. The lodge has a charming feel to it and overlooks a beautiful green "mini jungle". It's within walking distance of the beach and the town. It's also at the start of a beautiful two hour hike to Palm Beach, highly recommended!

El Four Huia se encuentra en Oneroa, a 200 metros de la playa de Little Oneroa y a 2,3 km del viñedo Cable Bay, en una zona donde se puede practicar senderismo. nothing was spared to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. we thought the additional touches eg: drinks, chocolates, orange juice were pleasant surprises. the chalet was very quiet and it's only a short drive to Oneroa town centre and the beach. we had a great stay. highly recommended !!

The location was fabulous - incredible views, and beautiful gardens etc. The rooms were large and luxurious, as were the bathrooms. Easy arrangements and communication with owners/managers.

The room was incredibly nice, set in a gorgeous location. Very quiet. Fantastic views. Walking in to our restaurant in m took our breath away - we did not want to leave.

El Waiheke Island Tawa Lodge ofrece alojamiento a solo 300 metros de la playa de Little Oneroa y a 1 km de la localidad de Oneroa. If I could give it 7 stars, I would. Dyan and Rob (who run the lodge) are amazing. Their hospitality is unmatched. Included is afternoon tea and breakfast for each day of your stay, which is homemade daily by Dyan. They really bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Will 100% be returning to Waiheke Island and specifically the Tawa or Punga Lodge again in the future.
