It was amazing!!! We were in the Amazon!!! Emanuel & his family gave us the warmest welcome to their home. The place was amazing and the wooden houses inside the jungle by the River so clean & comfort with view that we felt so relaxed 😎 after so many (amazing) days trekking & climbing Andes mountains. Every morning Emanuel offered us tasteful breakfasts with so many flavours & unforgettable exotic fruit juices!!! Moreover they cooked for us dinners with so fresh fishes, vegetables & fruits! Delicious! The helped us & organised us daily tours to the jungle & the river to see and feel the wild life & nature! Last but not least they were so kind that transferred us to & from airport & to the village to have a drink and dinner. You gave us big hug 🤗 my friend and you know Emanuel you can come to Greece with your family, an open invitation :) Eleni & Pantelis

It was unbelievable. I only had one day there and they planned everything around what was available in my time at the resort. I used their airport transfer and it was about 20 minutes away. I had a chance to shower and then lunch was ready. I explored the property and checked out the yoga area and did some meditation on my own, then my first activity was ink painting with an indigenous artist. I did not brush up on any of my spanish so I ended up using Google Translate but the information was so interesting and the artist and I worked on a piece together, then she painted my face with the same design. It was such a great experience. Dinner was served a few hours later and then I just hung out with the property gatos and just took in the beauty of being in the Amazon. The next morning I had a flower bath and it was so rejuvenating and lovely. Definitely one of the top 3 activities my whole time in Peru! Just outstanding. I would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. We looked at several other lodges but picked this one for it's more modern amenities. This is an all inclusive lodge. Rooms are screened in (not all lodges are) with 5500 acres to themselves. The cost includes daily excursions around the many trails that they created for the guests leisure. The trails take you in to the depth of the jungle while experiencing the beauty that it offers - monkeys, birds, tarantulas, snakes etc. Guilds were extremely knowledgeable and kind. always on the lookout for things to see. Things to consider - bug spray - the local ones work better than the US ones that we brought. Clothing - while hiking - long airy pants and quick dry long (or short) shirts will make your hike more enjoyable. I brought 2 but I wish I had 4-5. Best room is called "Tarzan". We stayed in "Tucan" which was OK but close to other visitors. Hard to describe but you can hear anyone in proximity to your room since it is all screened in. Staff was SUPER hard working. They were on their feet from 4 am to 10 pm daily. I have to tip my hand to these folks, simply incredible! 10 thumbs up for the staff

Está localizado a apenas 3,5 horas da cidade de Puerto Maldonado. (Uma hora de ônibus e. 2,5 horas de barco) Este chalé é o único interior da Reserva Nacional de Tambopata. The total package is a wonderful experience. From the long-boat journey to the field excursions, all well run. The accommodation is superb when you consider where it is in a jungle setting. A quality experience. The staff are superb and the facilities well maintained in a very hot, wet and humid setting. Its the little things like gum boots and well placed umbrellas that make for a well thoughtout experience. Then you add on the wildlife which is everywhere!!

O Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion está rodeado por uma floresta tropical belíssima em Puerto Maldonado. O acesso à propriedade é feito por barco, pelo rio Madre de Dios. The hotel is very well run and beautiful. I know it’s not truly in the real jungle but it gave us a good taste of it with a nice level of comfort. They planned the excursions for us and timed it very well. We didn’t feel rush or exhausted. All the guides were very knowledgeable and spotted many wildlife during our excursions. We saw capybaras, caymans, river otters, many types of birds and red howler monkeys!! The food was also amazing, three courses every meal! Lastly, all the staff were very friendly and professionally! It was an amazing experience!

Passeios de pesca também podem ser organizados na área.... Wasai Lodge completely exceeded our expectations on every level. The staff were so kind and friendly, the rooms were fabulous right on the river with very comfortable beds. Food was amazing with a huge amount of variety. Our guide, Efrain, was so knowledgeable, engaging, funny and made our trip even more fantastic - he was born to be an Amazon tour guide!! Clem who runs the lodge was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and was always on hand to answer questions. We felt very safe during our stay. This is an amazing lodge and would highly recommend it!

Uma piscina ao ar livre com vista para o rio pode ser apreciada no Wasai Puerto Maldonado Eco Lodge, a 100 m da praça principal. A localização do hotel é excelente e a experiência é bem diferente - o hotel é meio "selva park", porém, no centro da cidade. Vale muito a pena!
