The staff were all so kind and welcoming it went beyond our expectations. we travelled with our 2 year old son and they even provided high chairs and plastic cutlery for the breakfast. Also it was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel! Would definitely come back.

This is a lovely serene spot. Sounds of birds interrupting the peace. Great swimming pool. There are plenty of places nearby to visit for coffee and cake. We rode here on motorcycles which felt secure and out of sight. The villa itself was well equipped with good WiFi and a nice bathroom. Welcome bottle of wine and a couple of other things. Fantastic place.

Perfect place to stay with a group of friend or with family. Small splash pool for the little kids and big pool for the adults (big kids). The house is massive and very well maintained!

Situated just 23 km from Sao Clemente Fort, Portugal Nature Lodge offers accommodation in São Luis with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as luggage storage space. Pretty much everything. Excellent location, remote while being close enough to amenities that getting supplies isn't an issue. The space allotted for the accommodation is plentiful, and distant enough from the other plots that you aren’t disturbed by others. The hosts were accessible, friendly, and informative. I would absolutely stay again if I'm in that region.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a balcony, Monte Alecrim is set in Alandroal. Lovely traditional cottage, 2 bedrooms, on the side of a hill, overlooking a valley just outside Alandroal. There was a small orange grove where we were encouraged to pick fresh oranges. We sat on the patio in the evening and watched "rush hour", the sheep being herded in from pasture. It is in marble country, and one can see marble slabs and overhead cranes to move the blocks on one of the hills, where marble is cut. (Take one of the Rota de Mármore tours. We found ours very interesting.) There was a grill, a traditional outside bread oven, a small fireplace, good WiFi, TV, comfortable living/dining room, washing machine, etc. It was wonderful.
