Great services from Friendly housekeepers, admin & restaurant staffs to security guys who helped on safari walk…Great & Helpful staffs who also give detailed information & stories about the park surrounds and understand wildlife. To name few Ray, Jackson, Samuel, Amsabi, Yohana the housekeepers team and the other guy The staffs organized the bushfire sundown dinner and Bush Lunch which was super amazing experience. I will surely return here. The room was spacious and super clean with most of necessary equipments.

Fabulous camp in an excellent location. All staff was very helpful, friendly and caring. Food was very tasty nad served in an atmospheric dining room. Room was comfortable, clean and with increadible views. We were givien a guide to take us for a safari and we had an absolutely fantastic day. In the morning we were welcomed by a group of elefants and a couple of giraffes passing by. We loved this camp and we woiuld highly recommend it

The wildlife likeZebra and Baboons used to visit the camp next to the tents. The atmosphere was awesome. The staff were courteous. The food was amazing. The management was cooperative. We had two issues with regard to payment and the issues have been resolved to our satisfaction. TheThree days we spent there was the best in my whole life and memorable. Wish to go there again with my family. Location was just outside Ikoma gate and I feel is ideally located. Serengeti National park bring so big that from any place we can’t cover the whole park without wasting someone in commute. We were lucky to have witnessed MIGRATION for thirty minutes. Our Driver, guide and vehicle were superb. Memorable trip.

Offering an outdoor pool, Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is nestled in the Western Corridor, near Grumeti River on a tree-clad ridge with sweeping views of the Serengeti National Park. Groves of acacia trees watered by sparkling streams cool down the property. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The views are amazing and I can't compare it to any place I have ever been. The food was great as well as the atmosphere.

The nearest airport is Seronera Airstrip, 2 km from the lodge, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Absolutely superb location in the middle of the Serengeti. The building is older though. There is comfort in knowing that it is a physical structure as opposed to a tented lodge. Food was good.

The private bathroom found in each unit has free toiletries. Incredible staff and infrastructure, the rooms are literally in the wild around a small hill. The restaurant, the welcome area, the pool, the bar and the chalets are all top notch. Great value for the money in my opinion. We should have stayed longer. It's inside the Serengeti Park, so note the entry fee/night fee and so on you need to stay. This has nothing to do with Mbalageti, so it's not a negative.
