Good and warm hearted host! Linda helps organise everything you need from the moment you arrive. She made this stay much Better. The breakfast is great, comes with few options. The rooms are very beautiful decorated. The pool is a bonus because it's hot and you can chill. Maybe the only downside is the distance, but it's solvable by renting a scooter.

The huts at joy stay are beautifully kept, clean and offer lovely views of the farm fields in front. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! The host was very accommodating and helped us rent a bike for our stay. The location is approximately a 10/15 minute drive from the main town centre but a nice ride and easy with a scooter 🙂

We stayed 2 nights at YEN and loved every minute of it! It‘s beautifully located at Butterfly valley, a real oasis away from the hassle at Cat Ba Town. We stayed in a bungalow which was great - bed was very comfortable, there were big windows and the bathroom was new and clean and there was always warm water available :) A definite highlight is the pool - big and clean and very nice way to cool down! You can see that there has been put a lot of thought in the decor and style, it all fits (from small details like the breakfast bowl to the bungalows and pool area). Another highlight are the owners, a lovely couple with great smiles, very friendly and helpful (they organised the transport from Cat Ba town as well as our onwards travel for us). We would have stayed longer if we hadn‘t booked the next destination already and are hoping to come back one day!

Continental and Vietnamese breakfast are available each morning at the property. Viet Hai Lan was AMAZING!!! The landscape was beautiful, the people were so kind, and the food was delicious. Chilly was great and so helpful. I highly recommend and cannot wait for our next visit.
