Zur Alten Mine ligger 5 km uden for Graskop. Gæsterne kan gå rundt i dæmningen i haven eller vandre op til den gamle mine. Nature at its best. Very clean. Service was 5 star. Ranier was very helpful and gave good advise. We appreciate his concern when we came home late at night. Everyone agreed to rate this as excellent!

Mbizane Escarpment Retreat ligger i Schoemanskloof og har bjergudsigt, udendørs swimmingpool, fælles opholdsstue, terrasse, restaurant og grillfaciliteter. Everything! The tents are incredible - very big and so luxurious inside. Even better than the photos. Whoever did the interior design has a great eye and really paid attention to the details. It also works well as a living space; both of us could stretch out in the living room and read our books, which is a rarity. Needless to say, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful. We slept like babies with the sound of the stream right outside our tent, and appreciated the turn down service to make everything a bit cozier. We genuinely thought we were the only guests, but learned later that they were full up (and saw the other guests at breakfast). This speaks volumes about how private and secluded the tents feel. Zuannette and Arman, the couple running the retreat, really made our stay an 11/10. Zuannette was so helpful and accommodating even before we reached the property; she helped us organize a Valentine’s scarp drive and picnic on very short notice. We also enjoyed several of Arman’s meals (he is a talented chef and runs the restaurant). They are friendly and genuine but also run the place very professionally, which is not an easy balance to strike. I would definitely recommend an evening scarp drive and picnic, it was not just beautiful but also interesting to learn about the history of the place. Also impressed with the delicious spring water! I could go on but please go and see it for yourself, you won’t regret it!

Emba Guest lodge No loadshedding ligger i eMbalenhle og er en nyrenoveret feriebolig, 17 km fra Kinross Golfklub og 42 km fra Kriel Golfklub. Der er balkon og picnicområde. The guesthouse is safe, clean, has back up power, and the interior decor is modern and stunning. I also loved that the hosts were welcoming, polite, and always helpful.

We were super impressed by this lovely place. The hosts were very kind, made us a delicious meal and had funny stories about their adventures. The room was beautiful, I even think they gave us an upgrade, but they didn't even mention it. Thank you so much for that! We only stayed here for one night, but we would have loved to stay longer.

Rixile Kruger Lodge ligger 13 km fra Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery og tilbyder udendørs swimmingpool, have samt værelser med aircondition, terrasse og gratis wi-fi. We absolutely loved everything about this place. It had beautiful interior, it was super clean, barely any insects, the host was reachable and responsive all the time - without a doubt I would come there again! The place looks almost better than in the pictures and cleaning was done every day. Also, this place is within a protected space from the Kruger Gate Hotel and you can use their pool and restaurant if you consume something there. Thanks again for having us, it was amazing!

Kruger Shalati - Train on The Bridge & Garden Suites ligger i Skukuza, 10 km fra Skukuza Indigenous Plants Nursery og 2 km fra Skukuza Museum. Everything was amazing from the rooms, the food, the Safari. The Service was excellent Safari was amazing and want to give a shout out to Victor who was just excellent

Umkumbe Safari Lodge Riverside ligger i Skukuza og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, aircondition og adgang til en have med udendørs swimmingpool. This was our final stop in a 10 day trip around Kruger and the greater Kruger area and it was the absolute cherry on top of an amazing exploration. The location on the river is amazing and a dip in the pool looking out at passing wildlife is a true delight. What set this stay apart however was the game drives and our incredible guide Shannon. We were fortunate enough to be able.to see both wild dogs and in our final morning game drive two leopard cubs/eight months old. Shannon is one of the most knowledgeable and professional guides we have encountered in our travels around the world. Her capacity to find wildlife is remarkable and at the same time the respect she has for conservation.meant that we were able to see these rare creatures but without causing them stress. I would go back again in a heart beat and only wish we had been able to spend more time. Bed and room was comfortable. Food was plentiful and delicious.

The staff here was exceptional, the attention to detail throughout was impressive, and the villas themselves so private, so comfortable, so lux. We loved it. Dinner every night was a 2 hour event, basically a tasting menu nightly, just incredible. Stay here!!
