it was a nice and quiet stay, just what I needed after a long day at work. Shower was great, always had hot water and didn't need to wait to get the water hot.

The Oasis was good to visit.
The Oasis was good to visit. We hired the electric scooters which were fun and great for getting round the oasis which was free to visit. Jebel Hafeet was impressive with some areas to hike at the base

The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Al Ain is among one of the most beautiful places in UAE and one should visit to see the efforts done by the authorities in terms of plantations and greenery. A lot of historical places and farms to visit.
The room is sufficiently large and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is also very clean and big enough.
The hotel is on the outskirts of Al Ain, you need a taxi to get into town. The pool and garden area is spacious and beautifully landscaped. There are plenty of sun loungers and it is very quiet.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much.
The breakfast and dinner are very rich and tasty. We always looked forward to it.
Thank you for the lovely stay.
This was our second stay at the Ayla Grand. Once again, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Their is a Mall straight across the road which is a real bonus and the hotel is very close to all of the attractions in Al Ain. The price paid for such a nice hotel is very reasonable. I would recommend the hotel for anyone seeking a quiet and comfortable stay in Al Ain.
Good breakfast and very attentive restaurant staff at Flavours. The Clubhouse serves nice meals poolside and very good value with large portions. The grilled prawns were delicious! Nice drinks and cocktails. Lovely pools and gardens well maintained even though it's an old property, good for family with kids. Lots of space. You don't see a highrise building in any directions which is quite remarkable for a city hotel.
Breakfast was good and the staff served it in a nice manner. Room service, reception and almost everything was handled well. The breathtaking views from the hotel were exceptional. The Best part was that we were on top of a mountain and very far from the crowded city life. We really enjoyed all peaceful moments. It was indeed the best experience we had so far in these pandemic days.
We visited Al Ain to spend a birthday weekend with a friend who lives there. The facilities where excellent, the room itself was very nice and the bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in in a hotel, we had 2 fantastic night's sleep. Friendly staff, great pool, awesome bars and restaurants, we spent time in Trader Vic's and Moodz. Overall a fantastic weekend staycation.
The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. It is located just on other side of Qasr Al Muwaji- A UNESCO world heritage site. The other attractions in city like Jahili fort, Al-ain oasis, Palace museum are all close by. There are many eating options within walking distance. The breakfast spread is also very good
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing, especially the receptionist Raquel was very friendly followed up whenever we had a need… They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Al Ain
Very good hotel in Al Ain , nicely decorated, v. Good location not far from the city centre, rooms wide & spacious with comfortable bed , large bathroom, good WiFi signal, car parking available. Staff very polite & ready to help. They have small mini mart at the lobby
THE LOCATION IS GREAT NEAR IN AL AIN MALL AND AND CENTER OF THE CITY. I LIKE THE RECEPTION HER NAME IS VARSHA IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN. SHE POLITELY ACCOMMODATE US ESPECIALLY OUR REQUEST. EVER SINCE, I'VE ALWAYS CHOOSEN THIS HOTEL DUE TO THE LOCATION AND THEIR SERVICES.
This is a great hotel he visiting al ain. The breakfast buffet at flavors restaurant is one of the best. The attendant mr. ramesh provided us with great services and even surprised us with delicious pancakes for our anniversary. A must visit hotel.
The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was tasty. There were plenty of car parking. Stay in this hotel is useful for those who wants to move to Dubai on next day without going back to the city of Al-Ain.
Location, cleanness, room facilities, and the most appreciated friendly staff. Being adjacent to the best mall in AlAin made my stay wonderful. It is always my first hotel option whenever I visit Al Ain.
only 2 things I liked about this hotel,
1. Parking
2. Reception staff Ms. Irene. she was so friendly.
though, this was the cheapest stay I was able to find in Alain
