Beautiful property! The staff was so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. There is a complimentary welcome drink (rum punch) which was so refreshing and delicious. We arrived prior to check in and they held our luggage until our room was ready. We stayed in River View 1 which had a nice view of the koi pond, river, and gorgeous trees. The balcony was private with 4 chairs, a hammock, and small table. The outdoor shower was spacious and private. The bedroom was so luxurious with fresh water and the A/C worked wonders especially after a hot day exploring a small part of the 600 acres of property. There's free bikes to use to get around! Highly recommend hiking the steep and rocky hill to see the scenic view from the Gazebo. Also, there are free kayaks available as early as 7:30am! The pool was so refreshing and well lit at night. The restaurant on site is superb and I wish we had stayed longer than one night.

We faced a few difficulties with communication because we were out of data in Belize and arrived very late to the resort. Still, we were greeted warmly and the lodge was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Nice bed, water, a small kitchen with the necessary appliances, and what was best, slightly secluded and surrounded by nature, so it was really nice for a long-awaited rest. The restaurant was nice, breakfast was good.

Hacienda Tropical Guest House is located in central Belmopan and offers free WiFi access. This smoke-free property allows smoking outside and has outdoor furniture for guests´ use.

Quiet and peaceful setting in the jungle with artistic expression. We enjoyed the ambiance- great pool- horseback riding- the animals-(Thomas), the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was amazing and filling. So much to do nearby! We hope to come back. The river right on property easy to get to.
